The transfer deadline may have past but Chelsea can still seal a deal for one of their top targets.

It will all depend on what decision Barcelona come to after they meet today, with the potential to cancel Ousmane Dembele's contract on the cards.

It would mean Chelsea have the chance to sign the winger on a free transfer immediately.
